Multicultural Citizen of the Year Award- calling for nominations

0 CommentsAAAB is pleased to call for nominations for the inaugural AAAB Multicultural Citizen of the Year Award.
The selection criteria is broad as the Award aims to acknowledge any person who lives, works or volunteers in Bennelong who, through their initiative, personal time or attainments, have significantly demonstrated actions consistent with AAAB’s objectives (ie. Promoting multiculturalism, cultural harmony & understanding, community education, building relationships between different old & new Australians).

Nomination forms must be received by AAAB by no later than 31 July 2011.
All nominations will be considered on their merits and assessed by AAAB’s judging panel consisting of local community representatives. The winner will be presented the award at the AAAB Annual Dinner on 20 August 2011 by John Alexander, Federal MP for Bennelong.
